Talk about efficient defrosting methods at "Dresdener Kolloquium der Kältetechnik"
At this year's "Dresdener Kolloquium der Kältetechnik" with the topic "Low-GWP-Kältetechnik", organized by the ILK Dresden gGmbH, Paul Mathis gave a talk on the topic "Experimental Investigations of Efficient Defrosting Methods for Air Coolers". He presented the research results from the FKT project 154/09 (AiF-No.: 18016 N / 1). The electrical defrosting of iced air coolers with electric heating rods requires about six times the defrosting time and the ninefold defrosting energy compared to the hot gas defrosting.
