Building hydronic systems for home energy supply currently requires individual planning for almost every aspect. This process is error prone and often leads to inefficient systems, although the single components are highly efficient.
In this project we aim to modularize recurring functions in hydronic systems in order to minimize errors and to improve the energy efficiency of the whole system. Pumps already possess capable electronics that will be used to control such a module, to communicate with other components and to support higher-level management systems.
